Sumeet and team RDO visited the field, where co compost is being used. Sumeet interacted with farmers. The farmers explained about the impact of co compost. He also interacted with women farmers, who avail loan through RDO- SHG Bank linkages. In an average INR 1,50,000 is disbursed to women farmers every month. At least 50% of loan is used for agriculture inputs. The rest is used for children’s education, medical and purchase of clothes and gold ornaments. The repayment rate is 99%.
